Who we are

Which data and why
- Contact and booking forms (name, organisation, email, phone, message): to answer your question and schedule a meeting. Legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interest. Retention: for the duration of the contact, then a maximum of 2 years.
- Calculator: your input is calculated in your browser only and is sent to us only when you click "Request a fixed price".
- Organisation recognition by IP address: on every visit we derive from your IP address which organisation you visit from, using public network registries. We do not keep the IP address itself; only the organisation name, the pages viewed and the time, for at most 90 days. Nothing is placed on your device for this. Some organisations route traffic to Microsoft differently from their other traffic; because this site runs on Microsoft, your browser therefore makes one extra request via Cloudflare, which only processes your IP address. We store nothing at Cloudflare. Legal basis: legitimate interest (seeing which organisations show interest in our services). You can object via info@remarx.nl and we will delete the data.
- Business contacts: for organisations that visit our site, we may at that moment look up public business details of decision makers through a search engine: name, job title, location and the link to the public LinkedIn profile. No email address or phone number, and we do not store these details in our system. If we contact you, we tell you where we got your details. Legal basis: legitimate interest (bringing our business services to your attention). You can object via info@remarx.nl.

Cookies
We do not place analytical or marketing cookies before you consent. Your choice is valid for six months and can be changed at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Who we share data with
With our processors HubSpot (CRM, EU servers), Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (additional measurement for organisation recognition), Serper (search queries), Leadinfo, Leadfeeder, Snitcher and Microsoft (hosting and storage of our own visitor insight in the EU), solely for the purposes above and under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data.
