No three suppliers pointing at each other. We build and manage everything with an attacker's eye, because security is not a product line for us but the profession we come from.
We earn nothing from your outages
You pay a monthly fee per employee and per part of your IT environment. An outage costs us money, not you. So we set everything up so it does not go wrong.
Switch on Microsoft 365 properly first
Your licences often include security and management features that are switched off. We start there, instead of with an extra product that does the same thing again.
You talk to the specialist who builds it
Whoever designs and manages your environment is also your point of contact. No account manager between you and the technology, and no question passed on three times.
Everything your employees need to work.
We take over day-to-day management. Mostly, you notice that things work.
- Workplace. Laptops set up with Intune and Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Teams and OneDrive, updates and patches.
- Employees. New colleagues up and running within one working day, leavers without access the same day. MFA and Conditional Access on by default.
- Support. Through one or two of your own key users who handle the small questions, or through our full service desk. Your choice.
- Cloud and servers. Servers and Azure resources set up, monitored and kept up to date, with a backup that we actually restore every year.
- Security. A fixed security baseline on every workplace, and if you want, detection and response that step in automatically day and night.
What you pay, and what it includes.
The monthly fee has three parts: a base fee, an amount per employee and an amount per server or cloud component. A volume discount applies from 25 employees. The fee only moves when your organisation grows or shrinks.
Most day-to-day requests, such as a new employee, a shared mailbox or different permissions, cost nothing extra. A non-standard change has a fixed price per tier, which we name in advance. Microsoft licences are separate: at regular Microsoft rates through our partnership, on one invoice, or you keep them yourself.
Example: 25 employees with key users and backup cost 25 × € 33 = € 825, minus a 5% volume discount, plus the € 395 base: € 1,179 per month, excluding VAT and Microsoft licences.

Introduction
Twenty minutes, via Teams or phone. You tell us what is going on, we tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Inventory
We map your environment: devices, licences, accounts, servers and running agreements. Then we fix the monthly fee.
Handover
We coordinate the handover with your current partner, from admin rights to documentation and open issues. You do not have to mediate between two suppliers.
Getting it in order
The basics first: MFA everywhere, updates, backup and a secure standard configuration. What is already right, we leave alone.
Day-to-day management
From then on we manage your environment every day, through the support desk you chose.
Do you have your own IT person? Then we can work together: we manage the Microsoft environment and your IT person remains the first point of contact for colleagues. This is called co-managed IT, with a lower base fee.

What does IT management cost per employee?
For the workplace with support through key users and backup, count on € 33 per employee per month, plus a base fee of € 395. If you choose our service desk instead of key users, it is € 50 per employee. Servers, cloud and monitoring are added per component, and a volume discount applies from 25 employees. All amounts exclude VAT and Microsoft licences.
From how many employees does Remarx work?
From ten employees. SMEs are our focus, but larger organisations are welcome too.
Do you only work in the Eindhoven region?
No, we work across the Netherlands. Our office is in Helmond, in the Brainport region. We do day-to-day management remotely; for an inventory or a migration we are happy to come over.
What happens if we want to stop?
Everything sits in your own Microsoft environment, in your organisation's name. If you stop, we hand over management properly to you or your new partner.
Is security included?
A fixed security baseline is, on every workplace. If you want attacks to be seen and contained day and night as well, add Managed Detection & Response. That is also available separately, alongside another IT partner.
