A cloud that was rebuilt, not copied.
Most environments were moved to Azure one-to-one and never redesigned. Then you pay cloud prices for a server rack. We design, migrate and run Azure environments that do what the cloud is good at: scale, switch off what isn't running, and be secure from day one.

Sound familiar?
There are still servers in the office and the admin is retiring. The cloud bill is higher than promised. The company is growing, merging or opening a second site. Or you are even considering moving back because the cloud turned out 'too expensive'.
Situations in which clients end up with us
- Machines run 24/7 for two hours of work a day.
- Storage nobody cleans up, backups nobody tests.
- "Migrating is too risky for us", so nobody dares touch it anymore.
- The sovereignty question: where is our data and can we leave if we want to?
Four steps, no surprises.
Design
We draw the target environment based on what your business needs, not on what is there now. Including a cost estimate up front.
Migration in steps
Workload by workload, with a fallback. You'll notice it less than the next outage on that old server.
Fixed-price operations
Monitoring, patching, cost control and the security baseline, with backup as a clear separate item per server. An outage costs us money, not you. That changes how we build.
Quarterly review
What can be switched off, what can be smaller, what needs to change. We re-examine the cloud bill every quarter, unprompted.
What's included
- Azure architecture and landing zone
- Your environment as code (Bicep): documented, rebuildable and changed in a controlled way
- Migration of servers, applications and data
- Monitoring and patching
- Backup per server (separate item), with an annual restore test
- Cost control and rightsizing
- Security baseline and logging
- Documented exit route and data classification (EU Data Boundary)

Frequently asked questions
What does Azure management cost per month?
Management consists of a fixed platform base plus an amount per server or resource. In our calculator you can build your own environment and see a monthly figure straight away, including backup and optional monitoring.
Do we pay the Azure costs separately?
Yes. Azure consumption runs through your own subscription or through our partnership; our amount covers the management. That way you always see what the cloud costs and what management costs, and we watch consumption in your interest, not ours.
What is a landing zone and do we need one?
A landing zone is the foundation of your Azure environment: networking, identity, separation of environments and cost control. Even a small environment needs it, otherwise something grows that is expensive and risky to correct later. We capture that setup as code, so it is documented and rebuildable.
How do we know the backup actually works?
Because we test it. We monitor every backup job daily and once a year we genuinely restore a server, with a written report. A backup that has never been restored is an assumption.
