Configure your environment and see a monthly amount straight away. This is an estimate based on guide prices; after a short inventory we fix the rates. From then on the amount only moves with your organisation: if people join you pay more, if people leave you pay less. What does not happen: hourly billing, extra charges or an invoice after an outage.

By far most day-to-day requests fall within the standard service and cost nothing extra. Anything beyond that has a fixed price — no punch card, no billing by the hour.
In practice, 80 to 90% of day-to-day requests are standard: € 0. We determine the classification and explain it up front — so you always know the price first.
